Come along to the SAPS sessions on Saturday.

There will be experienced bowlers on hand to teach you the basics, answer your questions and get you kitted up and on the green in minutes.

Bowls is a very sociable game, with equal opportunities for both male and female players.

Ladies - there are no advantages between

the sexes here!

It's a bit of skill, a bit of concentration

and a little bit of luck!
